Project Coordinator

Capital is seeking a Project Coordinator to join our growing Service Department. This is a perfect position for someone looking for a position with room to grow. Position Details
Monday-Friday, 7:00am-4:00pm*; with an unpaid 1-hour lunch break or 7:30am-4:00pm*; with
an unpaid 30-minute lunch break
*Subject to change based on needs of the department or approved requests for alternate schedule.
Hourly wage + Benefits.
Portland, OR 97209: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Starting at $22-$25 per hour DOE

Responsibilities
APoint of contact for all maintenance related items within a portfolio of properties
Coordinate building-wide maintenance projects and implement personal tracking systems for all ongoing projects.
Coordinate repairs with our current residents
Coordinate vacant apartment turnover maintenance and be deadline driven
Property visits make this job a perfect mix of in-office and field related duties
Communicate with in-house technicians, vendors, company stakeholders and clients
Provide general administrative assistance to Service Department
Provide exceptional customer service while interfacing with residents

Possess a High School Diploma or equivalent; or twelve months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Applicants should be familiar with the Microsoft Office suite and be comfortable using a computer
Applicants with related experience and/or training are preferred
Familiarity with AppFolio is a plus
Must have a valid driver's license, insurance, and access to a reliable vehicle.
