Project Coordinator

Capital is seeking a Project Coordinator to join our growing Service Department. This is a perfect position for someone looking for a position with room to grow. Position Details

  • Monday-Friday, 7:00am-4:00pm*; with an unpaid 1-hour lunch break or 7:30am-4:00pm*; with

    an unpaid 30-minute lunch break

    *Subject to change based on needs of the department or approved requests for alternate schedule.

    Hourly wage + Benefits.

  • Portland, OR 97209: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Responsibilities

  • APoint of contact for all maintenance related items within a portfolio of properties

  • Coordinate building-wide maintenance projects and implement personal tracking systems for all ongoing projects.

  • Coordinate repairs with our current residents

  • Coordinate vacant apartment turnover maintenance and be deadline driven

  • Property visits make this job a perfect mix of in-office and field related duties

  • Communicate with in-house technicians, vendors, company stakeholders and clients

  • Provide general administrative assistance to Service Department

  • Provide exceptional customer service while interfacing with residents

Education and/or Experience

  • Possess a High School Diploma or equivalent; or twelve months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience

  • Applicants should be familiar with the Microsoft Office suite and be comfortable using a computer

  • Applicants with related experience and/or training are preferred

  • Familiarity with AppFolio is a plus

  • Must have a valid driver's license, insurance, and access to a reliable vehicle.
