Position Details

  • Schedule

    • 9am-5:30pm

    • Tuesday through Saturday- Applicant must have the ability to work on Saturdays

  • Location

    • Portland Metro Area- Multiple locations

    • Must have reliable vehichle

  • Pay

    • $20-$23/hour DOE + commission + gas mileage reimbursement

Responsibilities

  • Meeting prospects at multiple sites to perform apartment tours and build relationships

  • Effectively communicate pertinent leasing information while closing sales

  • Perform move-in appointments and apartment walk-thru's with incoming residents

  • Assist Relocating Prospects From Out of State

  • Collect Move-in Documents including Legal Paperwork, Certified Funds, and Proof of Insurance

  • Maintain/Exceed Industry Standard Closing Ratios

  • Work with Team Members in cross departmental functions

Education and/or Experience

  • Possess a High School Diploma or equivalent; or twelve months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Applicants with related experience and/or training are preferred.

  • Applicants must be proficient in use of MS Office, email, and internet.
